Scope of supply

The Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) intends to procure, deliver, and commission the equipment detailed below for installation at the Monrovia head office and three regional branches. All equipment shall be new, of current production, and supplied with a minimum twelve-month manufacturer warranty.

  • High-volume note sorting machines with fitness sensors and OCR serial capture
  • Note destruction and weighing units with audit logging integration
  • UPS systems sized for full machine load + 30 minutes runtime
  • Installation, integration with the existing registry, and training for 12 operators

Delivery shall be completed within fourteen (14) weeks of contract signature. Site preparation is the responsibility of CBL; commissioning, integration, and training are the responsibility of the supplier.
